1、Product introduction
Fire block loop is a kind of fire blocking product especially for conduits, made of burning-resistant and expansive material with special techniques by pressing. The shell of it is molded by pressing the stainless steel sheet. The product has the characters of fire-proof, expansive, water- and grout-proof. It is easy to install and remove. When it meets fire, the lining material will expand immediately and block out the conduit’s hatch to form a layer of fire block and heat insulation. It can effectively stop the flame burning other places and extending, and stop the toxic smoke and gas infiltrating. |

Shell |
The shell of the fire block loop is usually made of metal material with a cover layer by corrosion-proof treatment (excludes stainless steel). The surface of the shell is not allowed to have rust marks and spots, and the cover layer is not allowed to craze, flake or desquamate. The salt spray-proof ability of the shell should be: appearance grade≥8; protection grade≥9. |

The cotton mat doesn’t be lighted. |
3、Construction methods
Clean up the backside of the installation places and the conduit, put the two half of fire block loop around the conduit to form a whole. Then fix it at the back of the floor board by expansive screws.
